3. How does our platform use cookies and what types of cookies are there?

3.1 Strictly necessary cookies

A cookie falls into this category if it is essential for the operation of our platform, supporting features such as setting your privacy preferences, logging in, payment transactions or filling out forms. In other words, these cookies are used to enable the platform to function and cannot be disabled in our systems. They are usually only set in response to actions you have taken.

Third party cookies are not placed by us, but by third parties who provide services to us and/or to you. Third party cookies may be used by advertising services to provide you with customized advertising on our platform, or by third parties providing analytical services to us (these cookies work in the same way as the analytical cookies described above).

Each of the above types of cookie can be a session cookie. Session cookies are temporary and only remain on your computer or device from the moment you visit our platform until you close your browser. Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser.

4.3 Third Party Cookies

On our Platform, we also may utilize third party cookies, such as session-related cookies coming from Keycloak, a Unifiedpost identity and access management solution that enables you to log in to the Customer Portal.

5. How to control or delete cookies

You can set your Cookies preference by changing your browser settings. In order to do this, follow instructions provided by your browser. You may delete Cookies at any time; however you may lose any information that enables you to access the platform more quickly.
